Refund policy

At Saiaura, we strive to deliver premium fragrance experiences crafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict quality-control process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, fragrances, and personal care products are not eligible for return once opened or used.

However, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is missing or incomplete

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (from sealed package to opening)

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are applicable only after quality verification

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Orders placed with incorrect address details

  • Dissatisfaction due to fragrance preference (scent is subjective)

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges.
In eligible cases, a replacement or refund will be provided as per our discretion.
